Ask-An-Expert Q&A Service is available to i65 Members for $99.


Whenever you have a Medicare-related question, let the experts at 65 Incorporated provide you with the specific information you need to assist your clients. Topics that our experts typically address include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordination of benefits (Medicare and VA, COBRA, FEHB, Employer plans, etc.)
  • IRMAA (higher Medicare premiums for higher income beneficiaries)
  • Medicare enrollment issues
  • What Medicare will or will not cover
  • What is or is not required related to Medicare
  • Plus more.

Within 2-3 business day, you'll receive a written response from a Medicare expert at 65 Incorporated that you can then share with your client.


Please note:

  • This service is designed to answer a single, specific question. It is not designed to answer open-ended, general questions (i.e.— What Medicare coverage should my client enroll in? What is Medicare?). i65 reserves the right to refuse questions that don’t meet service requirements and refund credits.

HOW TO ASK A QUESTION:

To order an Ask-An-Expert Q&A service, head to the "Services" tab within the i65 system.


Then, look for the "Ask-An-Expert Q&A Service" listing on the left of the page, and then click on the orange "Next" button to the right of the service details.


You will then be taken to a new page where your purchase will be confirmed and allow you to enter a coupon code. On this same page, you will also write your Medicare-related question. When you are done, click on the orange "Purchase" button.


HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR ASK-AN-EXPERT SERVICE HAS BEEN ORDERED: 

Head to the dashboard (Home) in i65. Look for the Ask-an-Expert service panel on this page.

If your service has been ordered, you will see a listing with a date of the order under the "Not Started" or the "In Progress" subhead.



HOW TO VIEW THE ANSWER TO YOUR ASK-AN-EXPERT QUESTION:

Your written answer report will be posted to your i65 account within 2-3 business days.


Head to the dashboard (Home) in i65. Look for the Ask-an-Expert service panel on this page.

If your service is complete, you will see a listing with a date of the initial order under the "Complete" subhead.  Click on the Ask-an-Expert listing and a window will pop open to allow you to view/download the answer to your Ask-an-Expert question.
