"I would like to try out the functionality of i65 before adding a client.  How do I do that?"


Unfortunately, we do not allow advisors to run reports outside of an active client.  


However, it's important to remember that you can run unlimited Needs Assessments, iEstimate and Medicare RoadMap reports for any of your active clients during the year.  


So, we recommend setting up a client that you intended to use the system for and begin running reports. This allows you to see how the system works and get comfortable with it.  Then, once you're ready, you can delete the test reports and run real reports for that client.  


How to delete reports:

  1. Go to the Client's account under the "CLIENTS" tab in i65.

  2. Find the complete reports to delete from the list of activity for the client.

  3. Click on the trash can icon to the right of the the report listing.

  4. In the pop up window, click on the orange "Delete" button.  You will be asked to confirm this action before the delete occurs.
