Simply adding a client name and contact information into the i65 system DOES NOT make that person an active client.
A client becomes an "Active Client" ONLY after you run a report for that client during the current annual billing cycle.
Typically, the first report you run for a client will be a Needs Assessment report, but it could also be an iEstimate report. (The only way to run a Medicare RoadMap report is by first running a Needs Assessment report.)
Once a client takes an Active Client slot, you may run unlimited Needs Assessment, Medicare RoadMap and iEstimate reports for that client for the remainder of the annual billing period.
