Some advisors want their clients access to be able to log into i65 to view and download their reports.


How do you do this?


OPTION #1 — WHEN REVIEWING NEEDS ASSESSMENTS


After your clients answer the Needs Assessment questions, you, as the advisor, have the ability to review their report and approve or decline any recommended "Next Steps".  


After you've chosen whether or not to approve the next steps, you'll have the ability to do one of four things:

  • Send email to client
  • Download now
  • Download and send email
  • Do nothing

In order for your clients to create an account, select either of the options that includes "send email" to the client. The email that is sent to your client invited them to create an i65 account.  Once they have an account, they may log in and then see/download reports.



OPTION #2 — AFTER REPORTS HAVE BEEN RUN


If you've already approved a Needs Assessment, but chose an option other than "Send email to client" or "Download and send email", you can still invite your clients to create an i65 account.


To do so, head to the activity section of i65, or to the client's activity page (under the clients section).


From the list of activity, find a completed Needs Assessment listing.  Click on the "•••" next to "Options".  Then, from the pop-up menu, click on the "Send Client Email" button.
