Here's how to ensure that your clients will receive a Plan Selection report.


  1. Run a Needs Assessment for your client.  When your client completes the Needs Assessment, you must approve or decline the next steps for your client.

  2. To ensure that your clients will get a Plan Selection report, if applicable, you MUST click the radio button to "Add-on Plan Selection Report".

  3. After running the Medicare RoadMap report, a Plan Selection service will automatically be ordered only if your client will fully enroll in Medicare Parts A and B with a Medigap policy and Part D drug plan or Medicare Advantage plan.
    If the client opts to delay Medicare, a Plan Selection report service will be canceled.
